Pictures: **updated 6-27-00!**
I just received my new speakers and have taken updated photos. My surround-sound setup has also been upgraded (with old mains). Take a look!
Front view from above the sweet spot. Note the center channel speaker below the TV. Also notice my tiny collection of movies in the middle. Behind the Bond poster is the power cord coming from a dedicated circuit above the drop ceiling.
Here's another view of the front stage, speaker grills off.
Side view from entrance. Here you can see the staircased shelves of the flexy. Each sticks out 2 inches more than the last. This is only for looks, no structural reason. On the side wall is my DTS poster (came out really bad, sorry).
Left and right side equipment close ups.
Left corner of the room.
My sub pumping out the bass in the corner.
Here is the right back view. My only choice for a home theater was to convert the basement. You can see the right-side surround amidst the tools. I also have added back-surrounds. They hang on planks that were screwed into a cross beam above the drop ceiling. They really add nicely to the total surround effect.

Well, that's my system. But wait, the upgrading never ends! After getting new main speakers, the center channel has become the weak link in my system. I plan on getting the accompanying MB Quart center channel speaker when I get the money (does it ever end??).
Any other suggestions? E-mail me

Here is my old setup (my humble beginnings). The new flexy has a much cleaner look.
